Summary:
The EFS Implementation Analyst is responsible for leading
and supporting the CRM applications. Responsibilities
include project management, requirements analysis,
application configuration, testing, training and general
project support. Cross-training into other applications
should be expected.
Requirements
PC literacy in Word and Excel
A strong banking background
Strong project management and interpersonal skills
Some technical/programming background is preferred, but not
required
Ability to travel
Familiar with the IBS core and related products a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Considerable knowledge of Quality/Continuous Improvement
Considerable knowledge of Infrastructure/Connectivity
Considerable knowledge of LAN Design, Implementation &
Maintenance Skill in analysis and problem solving
Considerable knowledge of LAN/Desktop/Voice Network
Configuration
Skill in Documentation
Skill in Troubleshooting/Diagnostics
Skill in software installation & maintenance
Skill in desktop configuration and installation
Skill in product administration & infrastructure support
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to analyze information and formulate conclusions
and recommendations
Ability to establish and maintain effective working
relationships with employees, vendors, clients and public
